Primary School Taster Sessions
We are offering free netball taster sessions to Primary Schools within Bristol. The session will be hosted by National and Regional players who will teach the children the fundamental skills it takes to become a netballer. In February and March 2018 we will be hosting taster sessions in the following schools; Cheddar Grove School, Kingswood, Ashley Down, St Augustines, Frampton and Victoria Park.

English University Squad Selection 2018
Congratulations to National Athlete Besty Creak who has been selected into the English Universities South squad. Betsy will be coached by Wasps SL Assistant coach Mel Mansfield and will train along side numerous Super League players.
Potential New Venue - Juniors Sept 2018
We are looking into moving the Juniors from a Wednesday evening to a Saturday afternoon for a number of reasons. At present we have the best coaches in Bristol which at the moment we aren’t able to utilise due to the day and the time of the Junior training session. Nothing has been confirmed but we have pencilled in our Junior training sessions on a Saturday from 12.30pm-14.30pm. The sessions would be in a brand new sports centre which will be available for us from September 2018. Please feel free to take a look at the new centre we could potentially be using in September.

Social 2018
Social secretaries, Alice and Holly are looking into arranging a social in April 2018 which will be on a Wednesday evening at airhop or something similar. This will be on a date where we don't have games on the weekend so all players can attend. Keep your eyes peeled!!!

Trials 2018/19Planning for season 2018/19 is in full swing already. Senior trials are being brought forward to July 2018 to allow teams enough preparation for the new season. National and Regional trials will be on 18th & 25th July and Avon League trials will be on 1st & 8th August. Information will be distributed in April but please pencil it the trial dates.
